Spray Free Coast

Spray Free Coast is a campaign of Coast Range Forest Watch, organized by community members in the Coos Bay area concerned about the effects of spraying on watersheds, forests, farms, wildlife and human health.

The goal of this campaign is to foster conversations about pesticides, allowing people to share their questions, concerns, and personal experiences in order for our community to be fully informed and equipped to protect their quality of life and the surrounding coastal ecosystem.

This campaign focuses around the industrial forestry practice of aerial herbicide application by helicopter because of the increased risk of drift or chemical trespass.
